The business is built on a strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service, with a focus on supporting clients throughout every stage of their financial journey.
Outside of his professional role, Andy has a keen interest in football and rugby, and actively supports Guide Dogs as a puppy raiser, contributing to the development of future guide dogs.

Henny has over 24 years of experience in the financial industry, with 15 years dedicated to advising clients on mortgages and protection. Known for her thorough research and attention to detail, she has a proven track record—last year 99% of her cases went to offer, and so far this year, every case she’s handled has reached offer. Henny prides herself on placing clients with the right lender for their individual circumstances and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their property goals, Henny enjoys painting and taking her dog for long walks by rivers or the beach—especially if there’s water involved, which her dog can’t resist!

Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about personal development and helping others achieve financial security and peace of mind.

With 12 years in the industry and 8 years at Asset Harbour Mortgages & Protection, Ant is a Senior Protection Adviser committed to helping clients get fully protected and ensuring their individual needs are met. Recently R05 CII qualified, they combine expertise with a passion for supporting clients through important financial decisions.
Outside of work, they enjoy playing football and keeping active at the gym.
Carl Gladman
Senior Protection Advisor
With 14 years of experience in protection advice, Carl brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong commitment to helping clients secure the right protection for their needs. Over the course of Carl’s career, he has achieved competent adviser and supervisor status with HLP, reflecting both his expertise and dedication to maintaining high professional standards.
Carl has worked across a range of sectors including IT services, financial services, and commercial solutions, building a broad understanding of client needs in different industries. Carl specialises in developing long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting organisations in strengthening their financial and technology infrastructure.
Outside of work, Carl is passionate about community sport. He volunteers as Chairman of Badshot Lea Cricket Club, actively supports Aldershot Town FC, and also serves as a dedicated football referee.

Anita has been a Mortgage Paraplanner with Asset Harbour for 5 years, following a 30+ year career as an Estate Agent in both New Homes and Residential sales. Her extensive property experience has been invaluable in transitioning to mortgages, giving her a unique perspective on the industry.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their vision for the future, Anita supports Advisers throughout the entire client journey to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
Outside of work, Anita enjoys time with her amazing family, her two cocker spaniels, and keeping busy with her five grandsons and one granddaughter.
Alison Gulliver
Mortgage Paraplanner
Alison has been a Mortgage Paraplanner since 2018, following a successful career of nearly 20 years as a primary school teacher. She supports mortgage and protection advisers by helping ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients on their journey to homeownership.
Alison enjoys building strong relationships with clients and finds it particularly rewarding to play a part in helping them receive the keys to their new homes.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family, friends, and her cats.

Estate Planning Administrator
Samantha brings over a decade of administrative experience to our team and is quickly building her expertise in the estate planning sector. She enjoys learning the many facets of the role and thrives in our friendly, supportive team environment, which makes every day at work enjoyable.
When she’s not at the office, Samantha loves spending time with her young children, making the most of family adventures and quality time together.
